1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, then you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

5. Delivery Policy & Sunday Rest

We aim to deliver all organic products within 24 hours of harvest. Please note that we do not harvest or deliver on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be harvested fresh and dispatched on Monday morning for delivery within 24 hours of harvest.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Product availability is subject to stock and delivery area, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.

8. Orders & Delivery

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we confirm by email or SMS. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control.

9. Payments

Payments are made via our approved payment methods — UPI, cards and net banking through our payment partner Cashfree, or Cash on Delivery. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can typically be cancelled shortly after placement, before they enter packing — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders follow our Return Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmers Factory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any order will not exceed its value.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms; we will notify you by email for material changes.
